The current breed of politico has no other expertise or option to attract voters. I found very less with real understanding of the issue and more of them are convenient to blame the opposition for the wrongs. Interestingly, we the people, still play a major role in such politics of bashing and blaming but the way people in KPK reacted through the change, must be praised.

The neighbor can also learn the same way but Indian policies, approach and style of politics is all different with priorities including Pakistan is a major subject of the election like the psych attacks and prove more nationalism.

Tamils have gained a notorious reputation for taking drastic measures over the years like self immolation's etc.. I think several people killed themselves recently over the death of Jayelalitha as well

The political system that keeps the masses in awe of public figures is mainly to blame i think, It's quite a paradox, Tamils are known for the importance they hold in education thus having a reletive educated population, But also have this penchant for hero worship public figures be it in politics, film or sport, It's almost as if it's a escape mechanism

tamils got no excuse for separating from us- they aren't separated by 2500 kms with a hostile country in between, they have cultural freedom they are only state where hindi isn't compulsory in comparison to east pak which had compulsory urdu as third language except that it wasn't their medium of instruction. tamil nadoo economy is flourishing within the union unlike east pak which was ravaged by the western wing economically even though it had larger share of population. tamil nadu isn't surrounded completely by an enemy country unlike then east pak. it has border with other indian states.

so tamil separations gonna remain a pipedream.
