China to stand by Pakistan if India imposes war: Defence Minister

A race ?? See your frustration,,,the fact i am on a Pakistani form and you not a Indian forum tells any one ,you dont have the desire to face challenges and i do,you live in your small world not my fault.

You dont have any idea why china opened up after the tinaman square and why it needs to keep growing ...

Regarding threat to CPEC what will India get destroying it....it has no bearing on India economically..yeah understand few chinese subs or ships will be in Pakistan but that wont change anything in the region, because still India navy and US navy are still the strongest in the region for a long time,..

the threat to cpec is from the same forces because of which china needs cpec as alternate route..

you are under the impression china needs cpec for India,nope...and china wont risk it other than posturing for India Pakistan disputes..

Just imagine the consiquences for china if it gets involved, even if it comes on top,it wont be the same china again.
Clearly you have no idea what strategic maneuvering means, when it comes to geopolitics.

I'm not going to waste my time here, with someone who clearly knows very little, but preteds to know a lot.

From my POV they're all the same.
Thats the point, they where are same(whites) but fighting among themselfs.

Why are you dreaming of killing a rat to begin with? In India, rats are sacred, an object of worship, no different than a cow or snake.

Source: Inside India's rat temple where 20,000 of them are worshipped, fed and protected as they scurry between the feet of tourists
Its obvious you are guy who will be looking for birds when someone says birds of same feather flock together.:-)

You cant belive it. To be very care full. Seeing is beliving is for world but not for Indian FRIENDS. Check out a 10 years history when economic is join countries they even fight togather. Eg America & allies. Just wait and watch

Well we Indians are counting on that ,one sided battles mein kya mazaa

Btw ,one shouldnt lean on another country when it comes to defence (especially Pak who has faced similar circumstances before)

What we need is top of the line world class weapons systems from China. Which they would most definitely give to Pakistan.
If you are talking about 5th gen fighter j20, china will not give it to Pakistan Because they believes , as U.S.A is old ally, technology will fall in america hand which is against the interest of china. While we can receive j31 with few conditions.
But as 8 submarine is coming in future, this is big news for us and it will posses big threat to enemy after we get credible 2nd strike capability in the form of submarines in such large numbers.
What we need, is to arm our air force to teeth, We need few deep strike fighters.
Wars are not fought on empty rants, you need to show your machines. Prayer is not enough, it is machine & technology which matters.
I don't think war will happen between india and Pak as long as we have good machines to show. Sure china will help diplomatically, but they don't get involve with machines. Also we are nuclear armed state, with good technology to show including cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, submarines, 4th gen fighters, armed drones etc We are not living in 1970s..

I heard similar arguments in the past as to why the Chinese would not help Pakistan become a nuclear weapons state.

then it should be strong enough to fight its own battles.
Okay. Good advice. In 1947 Pakistan 'stole' this piece of Kashmir after the Maharajah gave it to India.

2016. So when is India going to be strong enought to retake it? Or is India waiting for help from Bangladesh?

Pakis are absolutely
Gandhoo Hindoo win that score. 1.3 billion and they can't prevail over small country. This is like Germans being scuppered by Belgians.

What is happening at the LoC is technically an armed conflict, and not a war, which means that China cannot intervene, even if it wants to.
That's not how it works. Under the 1963 treaty between Pakistan and China, it is implicit that China may intervene in any area the Pakistani Army withdraws, retreats, or yields without consulting Pakistan's own government. (The treaty is carefully drafted so that China's sovereignty is recognized by Pakistan, but Pakistani sovereignty is not recognized by China.)

Amateur hour.

The Sino-Pakistan agreement pertains to demarcation of boundaries between Pakistan and China. Previously, the boundary was based on Macdonald line but it lacked any formal agreement with the Chinese, as opposed to Durand line which was backed by a formal agreement. That changed in 1963.

The negotiation clause (Article 6) is triggered once Kashmir issue has been resolved and a formal boundary "treaty" will be signed based on the agreement.

Note that nothing you've written contradicts what I've written.

Delusional.

To begin with, you are referring to the agreement as a "treaty" which it is not. A formal treaty, based on the agreement, will be signed once Kashmir issues has been resolved. The rest of your rambling about China taking over areas Pakistani army withdraws from is conspiracy talk, not based on the agreement or facts.

we dont need a stand from some1 we are enough for u simple as that

Case closed

Point, but not much of one,

A formal treaty, based on the agreement, will be signed once Kashmir issues has been resolved.
And until then, the 1963 "agreement" rules.

The rest of your rambling about China taking over areas Pakistani army withdraws from is conspiracy talk, not based on the agreement or facts.
I've read the agreement carefully. I see no reason to postulate conspiracy - that implies more than one actor. China has invaded countries and occupies islands with greater paper guarantees than this document offers Pakistan.
