That is plenty of money for a good vehicle. It all depends on what type of driving and running costs are you planning for.

SUV is what suits me

I'm going to get a new bike soon. Guess what ? Enfield over Harley, any day.

My first bullet was in 90, i still was two yrs away from my licence but i used to ride it anyway .
Those were the days.

Fuq this shit, I'm going to get a used BMW 7 series.

Dont ever do that . never buy a luxury car . it will take at least 3lacs per year in maintenance.
Had a skoda superb , now i bought a used Audi q5 , the maintenance is more than four of my other cars put together.

you must be joking. Audi is no go area here after 3 yrs. very expensive parts and typical german products, electrical systems start togo.

HaHa obiously man, the first bike in my gamily came in 1969, JAVA 250.
Back in 1990s when ours was a joint family, there used to be 5 bullets parked in our verandah.
1 classic 500
2classic 350
2 enfield taurus diesel.
Bullets and punjabis are made for each other.
But Harleys are the thing now here in Punjab.
Its same like Mahindra Thar and Range Rover.

PS- Enfield taurus diesel was best bike ever. it used to give milage of about 60kmpl. that too with diesel.
as a school kid, 10 rs diesel meant whole days ride. Best bike ever.

I went the manali leh route twice in the 90s. it was a lot different then . today we have a lot of comforts of home along the way
