1. Chinese - I love Chinese food!!! I don't know if it makes a big difference, but I have only eaten Chinese dishes from Chinese American restaurants. I've been told in the past that some Chinese dishes are cooked a little different in mainland China. Not sure just how true that is. Maybe some Chinese members (or anyone else) that have been to both countries can clarify. When I travel to China in the near future, I look forward to sampling many dishes there.

2. Italian - Have only had dishes from Italian American restaurants. Never actually tasted food in italy itself. None the less, Italian food is great!!

3. Mexican

1. Iranian
2. Indian(Its close to Iranian but its more spicy) chicken tika massala is very delicious :)
3. Italian
4. Russian(Russian foods are awsome), French, Greek

Mediterranean food is in my opinion the best. Also quite healthy.

Never been to Pennsylvania, but you can get really good authentic Chinese food in New York, San francisco Bay area, and LA.

Philadelphia (where I'm from) has a lot of really good Chinese restaurants. San Fran (I agree) has some great ones too. Never been to one in NYC or LA. Will have to remember to check a few out in future travels. Thanks!

Try Emei restaurant in Chinatown - Arch street, Philli. It specializes in Szhechuan cuisine if you like spicy Chinese food.

Sichuan cuisine is amazing!

They use sooo much chili though. I had a La zi ji once and it almost burned my tongue off when I tried eating the chili peppers themselves.
