2. The particular kilo,INS Sindhurakshak was commisioned in 1997 and upgraded in 2012. Its capable of firing klub missiles.

So basically its a 15 year old sub which is not too old but there may have been issues with batteries if they were not refurbished/replaced or adjusted for during the upgrade. But all that is hypothetical.

Indians on Times Now acting like it was caused by Pakistan

How pathetic, what if this was just a malfunction caused by a clerical or procedural error. In the guise of blaming others a potentially repeatable error may never be caught. But that is media, I would rather stick to the IN to identify the cause. They are professionals and may use their brains and not other fragile parts to reach a conclusions whatever it may be.

It was already submerged....

lets wait for IN's words.

No it wasn't submerged! Why would a sub at berth be submerged?! Furthermore, there's no way that harbor has the depth to allow a sub to safely submerge at its moorings.

well,I am not an expert on these stuff.

However, due to as yet unknown
damage suffered as a result of the
explosion, the submarine has
submerged at her berth with only a
portion visible above the surface.
