Bangladesh cricket team to join anti-war criminals protest.

You know, Khan is Pathan. Their original home is border of Afghan-Pakistan. So if you are a Khan then you are telling us that you have some Pathan blood on you and forefather migrated from Afghan/Pakistan. So it's safe to say that your Grandfather, father or at least some one from your tribe was helping Pakistan army(good number of them were Khan) out of Khani brotherhood. Most conservative or foreign rooted Bangladeshi/East Pakistani Muslims were part of muslim league, hence Pakistan army. So are you calling your self traitor and demanding your own death by hang.

So, tell us are you really a Pathan or adopting pathan(fake)?

The lame logic aside, Khan does not mean Pathan. Khan originally comes from Mongols. So maybe RiasatKhan wants to merge his nation with Mongolia :)

But I guess you are not a stranded mongolian to see that.

Awesome. Good to see that cricketers joining the protesters. It will attract more people to come out of their houses and protest until all war criminals are not hanged and examples are nit set.

Respect to BD cricketers along with BD people. Godspeed.
no they should not, their job is to play cricket.

are bhai bangladesher namer kono thik nai bap mar icha hoa raikha dae. koto arokom 'nobab poribarer' lok chini jaidir nobaber loga kono dekha shakhath nai, nam raikha nobab hoa gese.

For starters, Only Shahriar Nafees wanted to go there, not the entire cricket team... Shahriar nafis doesnt play in the main eleven lol Pathetic Propaganda

To Pakistanis such as @SHAMK9 and @somebozo and others, and Indians such as @KRAIT @LaBong @Roybot @Fateh71 @KS and other Pakistanis and Indians.

You need to understand that this sub-forum does not accurately reflect the reality of Bangladesh. Many "Bangladeshi" posters here come from one particular party, Jamat i Islami (who represent 4.6% of votes and only have 2 MPs out of 300 in the Bangladeshi parliament, this party also has 2 MPs: Workers Party of Bangladesh - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and this party has 3 MPs: Jatiyo Samajtantrik Dal - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

However the way they act and label people you would imagine they represent the majority.

For Pakistanis especially please understand this. The Pakistani people in 1971 were victims of false propaganda by an unelected military junta who fed them false news of constant victories and were thus then shocked when in December 1971 Dhaka fell. The unelected Yahya Khan regime betrayed the Pakistani people in many ways and one of these ways was lying to their people when even senior military commanders would say they knew the loss of "East Pakistan" was just a question of time.

Thus Pakistanis should not be victims yet again of similar distorted propaganda thinking that Bangladeshis are anything like the Jamatis you see on this forum.

Indians, I have often said that I and others such as @madx @ShadowFaux @Banglar Bagh @RiasatKhan etc are "mainstream Bangladeshis".

- None of us support any political party or claim to personally know senior leaders in that party.

- None of us claim to be members of a political party's student wing, unlike one poster here.

- None of us claim we will make money from Bangladeshi politics if a party we support win the elections.

The fact that the Bangladeshi national cricket team is going to the anti-Jamati, anti-war criminals protest tomorrow clearly illustrates this fact. Forget about me, but these cricketeers are just normal mainstream Bangladeshis from different parts of the country and they represent mainstream Bangladesh.

I'm all for uncovering the truth & punishing the culprits responsible for the '71 War; Pakistan should retrospectively court-martial & punish all military & civilians guilty of transgressions in the crackdown as, I believe, determined in the Hammod-ur-Rehman Commission Report ! I hope that the Bangladeshi Govt. too would prosecute those from the Mukhti Bahini & Bengali Mobs responsible for butchering Bihars & other West Pakistani civilians !

he probably made a deal with awami league that if he supports the movement he will picked for the first 11:rofl:

I would also like to add that all of BPL team owners are linked with Awamileague, This party has the power to take whole BPL including Katich, Shawn tait, owais shah to the protest lol.... Still, only one man wanted to go there and this hammer made it look like the whole team is going there. he is trying to please his indian masters here. Thats all.

In the BNP alliance, any minority parties are represented? Like Hindu or Buddhist parties?

There is no minority party in Bangladesh.... If you mean minority leaders and activists -- then yes.. BNP is full of them... Like BNP central influential leader Goyeshwar .... Though 9% are hindus of Bangladesh , more than 20% of BNP field activists are Hindus.. In fact in my unit most Vocal and aggressive BNP student leaders are Hindus ( one reason i never insult hinduism, only India)

18 party alliance -

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP)
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami
Liberal Democratic Party - LDP
Bangladesh Jatiya Party-BJP
Islami Oikya Jote
Khelafat Majlish
