Why don't more Muslims speak out against the wanton destruction of Mecca's

This is thread is an excellent example of "FITNA"

non-Muslims have been doing this for long to spread unrest in the Muslim world.

Saudi-Arabia has made museum for this

Alhumdullilah may Allah bless and protect Islamic world.

Mecca need more space for Haj pilgrimages. Most of the Islamic significant places must be preserved but it's not Must. So, I don't think it is anything wrong rather we should appreciate the steps.

You are such a Pakistani! The mentality hasn't changed in forty years!

Ask yourself, what would you do if Israel was bulldozing the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem? You wouldn't bother appealing to the Israelis, would you? What would you do? And what stops you from acting the same way towards the Saudis?

I would most likely do nothing other than speak up - and it would do nothing. The point was - 'speaking' has no effect. You have given people control of the holy sites and so the people in control will do as they want to do.

I have never understood the point of a shopping mall right on the gate of Haram and Masjid-e-Nabwi.

Maybe I'll never get the answer!

So it's because you feel beaten down and utterly powerless? Or is it just unthinkable to organize your friends to take to the streets and demonstrate against the Saudis?

You will get the answer once you understand that there are people who live in Makkah and are Saudi citizens who live there for their whole life, and that Makkah is not some barren desert that people come to once a year and leave.

...We Saudi Arabia don't tolerate any talks In regards of Makkah and Maddina. This is our internal matter.

"...Many rulers of Islamic kingdoms describe themselves as "shadows of God on earth". This sends out an unequivocal message: anyone contradicting the ruler is also contradicting God. In order to make sure that the populace remains compliant, they construct the image of a God for whom obedience is paramount. To this very day, this plays an important role in a dictatorial state such as Saudi Arabia, where any opposition is not only held up as a secular opposition, but also as a movement against God -" link

For me my prophet is important and if i have the opportunity i would even save his shoes let alone a place in which he LIVED!
You are a lunatic.

I personally would love to see his house but unfortunately we have idiots in this world who will deprive us from observing such an amazing sight!

okay here is something Shrine of the Cloak - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

you'll see how these things have certain effects on common people....Hazrat Ayesha's room houses the "rooza mubarik" of Muhammad (SAW) so that is there........i do understand your feelings i for one could not find the area where the female infants were buried alive...but for your love and patience there is ample reward i hope you persevere and go to Heaven Amen.:P

No, one worships graves with exceptions of a few Jahils. You need to do some reading about Sufism, you've got it all wrong [Please avoid Wikipedia].

There is always a chance... if you happen to visit Pakistani rural areas, you will be astonished to see that most of them are equivalent to idol worshipper.

It is duty of the head of state to eradicate any causes of misinterpretation of pure Islam.

I like to quote one of real life case from last govt. time.
Musharraf regime decided to build a rain water lake in one part of Punjab, and there comes an unknown tomb in the middle!
Guess what.... out of no where, Malangs came out and protested against the project... until govt. offer to relocate shrine on higher lands.
I visited the lake this year and found that relocated Tomb, is full of hanging clothes and money pockets are being placed every where, while there is no dead body buried under. Its nothing but pure stone!

Do you really believe that a shrine was built every time a Sufi died? or what ever you call holy!

Tell me one thing, Is it by accident that only Pakistan is blessed by holy men? Is it by accident that large Mosques are being built on shrines? why not people worship the monuments built for Shuhadas?

We need to learn to respect living beings more to keep the Almighty happy.
Adding smiles to the faces of needy is true spirit of Islam.

You wouldn't see the Italians build a Skyscraper besides the Vatican.

you mean, building toilet on people the prophet loved is not wrong?

I don't personally care , but you guys work up a rage for the smallest things. One is just wondering the logic behind the apathy in this case.

building toilet?? where did you get that?? are you referring to the myth relating to Khadiza(R) ?? please dont believe in propaganda..........
