With China now supporting Sri Lankan massacre , I thought we could take an Honest look at whom China supports. That's right - Honest discussion on why China seems always support the worst of humanity among leaders in this world?

You remember , parents always say the company you keep defines you in many ways.

These guys are responsible for killing millions of their own citizens ( from a few thousands for some to over 1/2 million by one or the other). To note: if you want to hear facts and not propaganda. Some of these dictators have killed thousands of Muslims.

Robert Mugabe, President of Zimbabwe

Cuba

CubaIndia

Even though Indian Community in Cuba is not large, Indo-Cuba relations have been warm and friendly. India was amongst the first countries to extend recognition to Cuba after the 1959 Revolution. Both countries have maintained close contacts with each other in various international fora, such as the UN, NAM etc.

India granted an aid of US$ 2 million in cash as disaster relief assistance to Cuba in the wake of massive devastation caused by the hurricanes Gustav, Ike and Paloma during August and September 2008. Early in the year 2008, Government of India had written off the principal and interest of US$62 million, equivalent to Rs. 1.28 billion debt owed to India. The donation was a measure of solidarity towards the friendly people and the Government of Cuba and this act further strengthened the existing warm and friendly bilateral ties.

The major Indian presence is of ONGC Videsh Ltd. (OVL) since 2009, which is planning to drill for oil in one of the blocks assigned to it by the Cuban government off the northern coast of Cuba.

Substantial exports from India take place via third countries especially Spain, Canada, and Panama. Even in Cuban exports to India, the share of trade via third countries is substantial. Main Commodities exported from India to Cuba: Electronic items, cotton yarn fabrics and made-ups, drugs, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, plastic and linoleum products, machinery and instruments, spices etc. Main Commodities being exported to India from Cuba: Vaccines, medicines nickel, and cigars.[153]

Currently, the two countries have friendly relations in many areas. There are significant trade ties, particularly in crude oil imports into India and diesel exports to Iran. Iran frequently objected to Pakistan's attempts to draft anti-India resolutions at international organizations such as the OIC. India welcomed Iran's inclusion as an observer state in the SAARC regional organization. Lucknow continues to be a major centre of Shiite culture and Persian study in the subcontinent.

In the 1990s, India and Iran both supported the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan against the Taliban regime. They continue to collaborate in supporting the broad-based anti-Taliban government led by Hamid Karzai and backed by the United States.

However one complex issue in Indo-Iran relations is the issue of Iran's nuclear program. In this intricate issue, India tries to make a delicate balance. According to Rejaul Laskar, an Indian expert on International Relations, "India's position on Iran's nuclear programme has been consistent, principled and balanced, and makes an endeavour to reconcile Iran's quest for energy security with the international community's concerns on proliferation. So, while India acknowledges and supports Iran's ambitions to achieve energy security and in particular, its quest for peaceful use of nuclear energy, it is also India's principled position that Iran must meet all its obligations under the international law, particularly its obligations under the nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and other such treaties to which it is a signatory"[221]

You must be talking about India because India let her own people starve to death while the country spends billions and billions of dollars on weapons of mass destruction.

Actually poverty in India is decreasing unlike Pakistan
