Desperate afghans hanging onto US C17 landing gear

Yes, I do. You can call it 'lose' if you want. But now the world learned a valuable lesson that we must prepare for the next long war between civilization and barbarity.
You guys still have an appetite for war? How about pack it up for the time being?

They are ridiculously close to the jet engine.....I'm sure more would have died had they have gone full throttle sooner.

Did you also say this after the humiliating Vietnam withdrawal?

Are you a native of Vietnam by the way?

There is one incident like this in Indonesia where the one who did this is a kid but the kid is successful to fly with the plane and just been found after the plane landed
A guy did that in Karachi.. he clung to the landing gear but fell on somebodys house during take off. They had to pick up his body parts from like different roof tops.

you have to be kidding me ??

well done to the load master on this one, doing something out side the scope of what the aircraft was designed for

USAF has 100s of C17 Globemasters they could lift 1000s out of Afghanistan seems like they just dont want to

Yes, I am Vietnamese. Does that matter to you? After the Vietnam War ended, the NVA admitted that it could not defeat the US on the battlefield. So militarily speaking, where am I wrong? US withdrawal from Afghanistan is indeed ignominious but that has no bearing on the strict military issues, which is that we routed the Taliban.

What do you think of the fact that today US dogs were evacuated before Afghans, in stark contrast to Vietnam where Vietnamese refugees were given priority rescue?
