the genius who made the video decided to concentrate on the back shot only.
so thanks to him I cant tell what it is other than guessing its some type of rocket fueled missile of unknown length
the close up is deceiving as well. it maybe some anti bunker/ armor projectile or guided missile

that is spike.

I got the ATGM part right. Things must be reaching a point where they have no option but to use spike! TOW, HJ8 from our side needs to be matched afterall.

It's probably TOW ATGM which we have started to use recently at LOC. Probably one of the missile failed during flight trajectory and ended up within Pakistan instead of crossing into India.
