That’s DAS, EOTS is different. EOTS is located under the nose in the sharp angled housing.
and this is called DAS in USA but in international aviation community called this system ETOS, and F-35 have this sharp angle housing under its nose
 
Does bigger means external width at the mouth or just widening of the internal channel of intake by repositioning of eqpt ?

DAS and EOTS are two different system and both are present in F35.

One is distributed cameras on the airframe for complete spherical tracking and missile warning(DAS) and the other is IRST & FLIR system (EOTS).

And no, it’s not an international aviation community term, both are names given to distinct system in F35 although people use the term for similar system emerging on other platforms, eg, J20 and FC31.

No same thing but names is different, its a electro-optical system for both jets , and you're diverting the topic, stick to the topic
