Not Zia ...That deal was between Egypt, USA and Israel ....USA bought the Russian origin weapons from these countries and gave it to Zia which he distributed among the Mujahideen ! Don't you think Oscar, that there is some advantage for having a two faced Wheeler since it confuses intellects at every level to either assign him as mullah or not,as a result of which they fail to program strategy, since two face people are unpredictable -we do not know of their orientation?
