Advances are never paid in business deals it all installment payment.by now pakistan must be aware of all those unpaid bills by usa/nato for logistic transit services from khi to kabul.

The thing is, India won't have to lift a finger. The guarantors will face severe loss and penalties for disruption, for which Pakistan would be liable. Turkmenistan is not going to receive payment for goods not delivered either, for which I am sure they will be very thankful to the Pakistanis.
The participation of international guarantors and finance is one of the many reasons why TAPI is practical and IPI isn't.(Another reason has to do with the insane pricing mechanism of oil linked price of gas in a buyer's market. Only Pakistan is willing to buy gas at those prices).
Besides, every large economy has hedged their energy supply lines. Disruption to one route will at most be simply inconvenient and slightly expensive.

Pakistan & Iran wants US to Leave Afghanistan (Common Interest)

If any foreign country that wants to maintain its presence in Afghanistan then they need the support from Pakistan & Iran, because Afghanistan depends on Pakistan & Iran to its Trade activities with other countries.

India’s relations with both Pakistan & Iran not in a good shape.

Pakistan will consider India’s presence in Afghanistan as a Strategic threat.

Iran will consider this TAPI project as a threat to its Oil & Gas Business, Iran won’t support India for this TAPI project because earlier India rejected IPI project telling security concerns and now India joining this TAPI project, India’s this decision will definitely anger Iranians.

This will be the most unsuccessful project supported by ADB

Yes, you are right. With all these worries about disruption, liability, penalties, "inconvenience", delayed payments and extra expense etc. I think this is just too much hassle for India. It's not worth it.

I think the Indian policy of staying out of pipeline projects that transit Pakistan is spot on.

oh lets keep both projects separate. TAPI is in the benefit of all 4 participants... EU concessions is only for PAKISTAN.. and some what against India
