Don't you think the US or Russia is milking us because of our threat perception vis a vis China and Pakistan?

Russia Is milking INdia-China Animosity by providing weapon to both
France is Milking India - Pakistan Animosity by providing weapon to both

It's not meant for Afghan people as such. read the OP, 5 million is for the Afghan forces, and 15 million is for training and equipment for them.

Well the £15m aid your giving them is for training, which will help Pakistan economy and give you business and postive image.
