Ok i'll try to make it simple.

Well guess what, hindus and muslims living together managed to form a nation, while muslims couldn't form a nation based on religion, thats right where the theory failed, that religion can be a uniting factor. Bengalis rejected Islamic brotherhood for culture. Indian muslims rejected the same for a nation.

So...where does this muslim nation exist that Jinnah claimed was formed of muslims of the subcontinent?

Or to cut a long story short, Jinnah's theory of religion serving as the uniting factor would form a noation was proven wrong.
