My respect for the PA has gone up. This man is an unnecessary distraction to people who are actually putting their lives at risk in the PA

The letter is too vague and does not have enough identifying marks for us to be sure it is not a fraud.
Now, Capital TV is owned by who exactly? I believe it is owned by Zardari, in which case it can't be trusted at all.
