I know I know, there are numerous threads discussing Zaid Hamid on this forum... But this issue that I have become aware of recently warranted me to open a new thread... So bear with me and spread the word around...
I have talked about Zaid Hamid's economic terrorism series in the past and have recommended it to members here... As such I dont have problems with his ideas on economics... My problem with Zaid Hamid (and this is specially for people who support Zaid) is the following...
His Team... Lets call them the A TEAM!!!
I like observing closely all Pakistani organizations and political parties with a passion, I came to know about Zaid Hamid a little less than six months ago... So I started contacting people to know more about the man and spoke directly to some of Zaid's close team members who are working to spread his ideas etc... so far so good... The team member I corresponded with seemed like a decent man... however I found him not discussing much and going silent when I directed his attention at some of corruption within Pakistan Army...
But then recently another interesting thing happened... It goes to show that a leader must have the best people in his team and should not accept every tom, dick and harry as his team members...
A person who goes by the nick name enticing fury on facebook who is apparently part of Zaid Hamid's team tagged me into an anti dianetics and scientology group recently... I was surprised as to why Zaid Hamid's team is now so interested in Scientology... I was shocked to see that most of the posts were directed against a poor Prof Moiz Hussain accusing him of being a scientologist, magician and God knows what else... Prof Moiz as far as I remember has introduced mind sceinces in Pakistan and has lectured and spoken on seminars about things like meditation, hypnosis, concentration development etc... So I was intrigued and observed the group... Some members came up and stated that Prof Moiz is not a scientologist and the accusations against him are absolutely baseless... Finally a few days ago Prof Moiz himself responded to lies against him... Apparently in one of his speeches, Prof Moiz had stated that he is an Ontologist which in the mind of this cyber team member of Zaid Hamid became Scientologist and thus a nonsensical barrage of accusations were hurled against the poor man... He was even accused of following Dajjal etc...
To cut a long story short... Many people get destroyed by the type of people they choose to have around them... If any supporter of Zaid Hamid is reading this, they should let brasstacks team members know about it and make sure they get rid of such people within their ranks...
Otherwise all efforts for their so called Takmeel e Pakistan as far as I m aware have already failed...
