Hazrat Ubaid Ullah Sindhi was not a communist. He was inspired, learned and taught by the philosophy of Hazrat Shah Wali Ullah. He was the brilliant student of Hazrat Sheikh ul Hind Mulana Mehmood ul Hassan (Founder of The Silk Letter Movement ('Tehreek-e-Reshmi Rumal')) . He visited several countries including mecca, turkey, soviet union and then back to mecca and back to hindustan and after that he went to Afghanistan for the movement. Visiting soviet union doesn't mean he was inspired with communism. he was there for study their revolution to combat imperialits british here in hindustan. he visitied turkey because they were fighting british.

The Azad Hind Government in Kabul by the Indian revolutionaries including Ubaidullah Sindhi contained members from different religions.
