I think these complement 3 Westland Lynx HAS Mk.3 and are intended for use with the F22P.

the Z-9s will be used on the F22s as utility helos!
the Lynx's have been withdrawn by the navy!

Z9 will not be good enough as an attack helicopter role. we must wait for the WZ10 and then get some T129 to complement them! for mw this will be an ideal situation!
