Quite frankly rather than dismissive of the mods unbiased nature, they should be appreciated for it. Its very hard to go against your patriotic mind and hand out bans to your fellow country men for breaking the rules. Its not easy bcz you become a villain for doing what is right. Yet mods are criticized extremely. They are hated by the opposing side already and if they clamp down on their own kinsmen as well, they stand alone.

Bhai, we have quality on PDF. We can't stop members from leaving. I have known Khafee probably since the day he joined. Do you think it doesn't hurt me in anyway? He is a huge loss indeed. We don't want to become like any other forum, have only Pakistani members abusing Indians all the time or etc, etc... You can make whatever you want to make of it, we still have the most diverse and educated members compared to any forum and we intend to keep it that way.

In business studies, there is something called "fish bone analysis" - to go to the root of the problem. What can be done to encourage knowledgeable poster to stay, and new ones to come on board?

A pvt chat room of some sort, along these lines could be highly beneficial.
