Forget the demolition. How do you explain the installation of idols in 1949? Did anyone get prosecuted for that? We are failing our minorities.
Simple legal reason. The constitution was not ready then and so you cannot punish anyone even before the law is established.
It was mentioned by none other than eminent lawyer Arun Jaitley in an interview.
No we not failing any minorities.None of the countries in the world have given so much place for any minorities than India
As a part of Majority, I fear that this judgement gives more space to the fringe elements within my community who like to whip up passion based on religion to forward their own political goals.
Ridiculuos unfounded notion - RSS the main party has already said they are not pursuing any more cases and all they want is a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
All political parties, except that of Mulayam and Laloo who have raked up issues in favour of Muslims and got snubbed in the process , have said that this is an excellent judgement that paves the way for re-conciliation between the two communities.
One party cannot always be giving and another cannot always be receiving. Its always a give and take.
I again ask the question - why everyone who spoke abt religion trumping over law is silent when I mentioned the Shah Bano case.?
Isnt that also the same.? why different set of rules for Muslims and Hindus.?
