So will he himself stop wearing all those outraging orange colored Lungis and bringing monkeys to work?
Or do you want to tell me it is allowed to put a monkey in your lap while working in the office?

He is an elected representative and a sadhu. So, those rules don't apply to politicians, I guess. But you raise a good question.
Would you say the same if someone wore a burkha or a turban to work.
Wrong. Saffron top and dothi is the official formal dress of a sadhu. SO those rules DOES apply to him.
Guess what is the formal dress of the Dalai Lama ?
Since its a religious identity for sadhus, I don't have any problem.
Yes, if they told others they had to be forced to wear formal dress
Whilst dressed like a clown himself
So he can bring monkeys, snakes, rats, dogs, cows to work in his office, because he is above the law (which in fact every extremist hindu terrorist in India is).. But everyone else has to strictly follow the "office code"?
If he does good work in UP & serve equal rights which I think he would do,nobody can obliterate BJP in UP near future.UP Muslims adore him at some extent. You should be glad that he is not bringing a python or a tiger to his office.

He is providing us all such a great free entertainment, why should I be glad that he is not bringing all those animals to his office?
He should bring each day a different one, whereas monkey on his lap stays as a constant,
Crocodile, Rat, snake, scoprions, cockroaches, cows, camels, goats... oh man that would be fun!

Bareilly :
In a series of major decisions by newly-appointed UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath, government employees in the Bareilly district have been asked not to wear jeans and t-shirts at work, while the hospital staff here will have their day's salary cut if they do not adhere to the dress code.
"All government employees should come in formal dress only," the order issued by District Magistrate Surendra Singh said and asked heads of all departments in the district to comply with it.
No employee will come in jeans or t-shirts in office. Instead, they should wear shirts and trousers, while women employees have been asked to wear sari or salwar suit, Singh said in the order.

Following the District Magistrate's order, the Chief Medical Officer issued another order saying, "Anyone coming to work without wearing formal dress will be marked absent and a day's salary will be deducted.
"On Wednesday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Aditya Nath Yogi had banned the use of pan and tobacco products in schools, colleges, hospitals and other government buildings.
He had also asked his ministerial colleagues to not use hooters and sirens on their four-wheelers, as it creates "noise pollution" and disturbs the public.
