The YJ-12B is a new China's coastal defense missile system. Its images first emerged in 2018. This system was first publicly revealed in 2019. It is in service with the China's military.
Externally this coastal defense system resembles a scaled up version of the CJ-10. It also carries 3 containers with missile, but uses a larger 10x8 chassis rather than 8x8.
The YJ-12B can be seen as a ground-launched version of the naval YJ-12 anti-ship missile, that is carried by warships. The YJ-12 is a ramjet-powered supersonic missile with radar guidance. It has an estimated range of 400-500 km and carries a 200 kg warhead. Most likely that this missile has a conventional High Explosive Fragmentation (HE-FRAG) warhead.
A Transporter-Erector-Launcher (TEL) vehicle is based on a Wanshan WS2600 special wheeled chassis with 10x8 configuration. Vehicle has good cross-country mobility and can travel over difficult terrain.
