It appears that the whole thing was done to make this public and to prove a point.

If it is done by RaW then they certainly know that Pakistanis will raise hell and certainly will recall ambassador.

If the drama is enacted by Pakistani mission, then it is a good one since they know that Indian diplomats can never pull a stunt like this in Islamabad streets. Nor would they be allowed to film and upload any such video.
