Yasin Malik detained at Srinagar airport, 'escorted to his home'

ohh lalala twisting words ehh.the Indians had arrested yasin malik and the indians were calling him terrorist while the world does NOT conside him terrorist NO law consider him terrorist
Just like you don't consider Hafeez Saeed terrorist, which even UN has declared. :omghaha:

Height of Hypocrisy.

He is a Kashmiri National :) Not Indian nor Pakistani
He lives in a state recognized b GOI, and rule and Constitution of India also applies there, He went on Indian Passport, not Kashmiri Passport.

No idea what you said there - do you want a link?

He is NOT Indian. thats why you cant subject him to your will.
He holds Indian Passport. He agreed to laws of India.

if he lives Indian and give up his passport, you guys can have him. One less separatist in India to Pakistan, a good CBM measure.

Who said he isn't a Kashmiri? - an Indian Kashmiri to be precise, and there's nothing called a Kashmiri nation as of yet - you can call him that if that ever happens.

Using capital letters does not change anything.

He carries an Indian Passport, lives in India. These two things alone would make him an Indian.

When subcontinent was under British occupation everyone of you also carried British passport.
that dint made you brits

its not rocket science he visited a location where "LET" lives he naturally would encounter this fellow.

1)why the govt India allowed him to visit such a location?????

2)He was shown with him in a video.......whats the motive behind this?

3)Govt of India should make all classified info open and out sply when dealing with Kashmir.

Kashmir can be solved with a Human touch rather than a militarist, expansionist ideologies should halt on both side for a better future.

Where is the connection between pre independence passports & now ?

BTW for the record the passports issued were not British but British Indian Passports. Hope this helps.

In India things happen the Indian way and all of us who carry an Indian pp are subject to the laws of the land.

British India :)))))

Under the occupation of Brit Kingdom.

The passport had to be issued by the occupier just like in case of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

It does not and did not make Kashmiris as Indians.

The then Passports were not British Passports but British India Passports, titled "Indian Empire".

Sir the BRITISH INDIAN EMPIRE.

and the word Indian was more of a contemporary use :))

you know it as well.

When the Government of India starts treating Terrorists as tourists, then nobody can save Indians.

Bahut haar pehna liye - ab hathkadi baki hai.

So did you. :omghaha:

He can go to Pakistan, all we care, just not use Indian passport if he doesn't consider himself as Indian. You guys can have him.

BTW Yasin Malik wasn't born in British India. Don't try to defend your point which is not a valid argument at all.

Yes Jana I do know it. but one cannot compare the passports of Pre and Post Interdependent India, as the British never saw us as Brits. Mr. Yasin Carries an Indian Passport and lives in India , which is enough for him to be called an Indian.

@united

He didn't tell what he was going to do and where. He didn't tell he will go to Lahire Food street or meet Hafeez Saeed.

As for motives, Hafeez Saeed was giving hate speech against India. So let me know what will you to do when a Kashmiri from your part meets TTP leader.

BTW US is hunting who ever had contacts with Osama, here we see an Indian citizen with Most Wanted Terrorist of India,
