I m not able to get what theoretical framework/theory they are using in supporting their research in below file...What is theoretical framework/theory of this research paper....They are mentioning a lot but don't know which one they adopted to support their research. I m confused.

The only research paper I know yet..are those having DNA modification,pcr,genetic engeneering bla bla bla bla.... I couldn't even understand it's title..
