Block 3 will not have an AESA radar unlike Tejas mk2.

That is undecided. The block-2 will NOT have a AESA radar. But there is no decision on Block III because it is still a fluid concept.
They could put extra hardpoints, IRST or whatever on it... but we dont know.. its not decided.
