China has a much more responsive government to problems of different levels than the western countries. Once a problem arises, it can be quickly spotted, addressed and solved in a fast and efficient way, no BS. In the west, politicians from different parties may spend years even decades aruging and debating to make their plans sound better than rival parties plans while the problems could remain unsovled for the same length of time.

You are too clueless too stupid. Here in the West everything is ruled by laws. Take this German civil code BGB. This 1,000 page book rules everything in daily life, including if you are allowd to show naked on balcony or if allowd to pee in public. When I studied I went thru in many chapters. Personally I like it. Is there any thing similar in China?
