WZ-10 Attack Helicopter Production Line

lol, it says its engine is build under lince. Which means it is still US engine. :partay:Of course US can say NO when it comes to export and pose sanction on it!

Yes "under license" but "under license" Turkiye has "no restrictions" to the "marketing" or "transfer" the T-129 to a third country. Turkiye still has 100% rights to the platform. So how can US say "no" when there are "no restrictions" on Turkiye. AFAIK the TEI is manufacturing the T800/LHTEC CTS 800 engine at their facility in Turkey.

Cobra??

Yes, however, you should know that Pakistan are now shifting their stuffs to be 100% Chinese. They even reduced the F-16 Block 52 order to accomodate more J-10B.

WZ-10 is much heavier than the Cobra too, and will offer superior performance.

Pakistan is not going to change to an 100% Chinese arsenal. China's export armaments will not satisfy all of their requirement right now.

The problem is that Turkey does not make the engine and weapons for T-129.

Its engine is made in USA.

Its weapons include the most important Hell fire missile is also US made.

This means that Turkey can not export T-129 with out US permission. In times of sanction, Pakistan will get screwed again.

WZ-10, however is completely Chinese made.

Its engine WZ-9.

Its weapons include rockets and most important HJ-10 are also Chinese made.

Not true i have said this many times. We have full rights to our variant this was part of the deal made with Augusta. We can export it to any country except Italy and the U.K.

Also T-129 is armed with Turkish weapons.

The engines hold no bearing on us exporting it.

AH-1Z Viper to be exact after 2015. Comparing it to older variants of Cobras is apples and oranges its a highly upgraded version that the USMC uses.

T129 is very nice too, if pakistan is getting that then i congratulate all you guys for the improvement in your armed forces, also sweet finally z-10 is under full production.

Does anybody honestly think Pakistan has the money to buy top of the line weapons from the Europeans (Agusta Westland)?

Pakistan is very luck China is making these. Else otherwise it probably wouldn't be able to acquire this very advanced capability.

Many Chinese weapons originate from a trail from Pakistan. Pakistan has the knowledge, techinical know how of operating and maintaining French, US, British and Europeon Weapons for 65+ years.

Pakistan maintains the largest inventory of French Mirages after the French Air Force, French Submarines, British Naval Frigates, Europeon Weapon and Radars, US F-16s and Gunship Helicopters, howitzers etc..

Peaceful,

I think Pakistan has already opted for Turkish option in this regard. T-129 is getting our way in good numbers.

Just a quick correction this is the A-129

This is the T-129 more powerful engines and Turkish avionics.

T-129 is more suitable than the WZ-10 in Pakistan.
WZ-10 has just put into active service, PLA needs at least 2000 armed helicopters, Pakistan did not have time to wait so long...

 you guys why so persistent on selling stuff to Pakistan? By the looks of things it seems like if Pakistan had more money they d still go for Western weapons than Chinese. And you guys talk like you get to decide if China wants to sell these choppers or not. China isn't going to sell its top of the range stuff to anyone, cause there will be chance of sensitive details leaking out to its adversaries.
