PESHAWAR – John Cena, a superstar of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and actor, would soon be seen playing cricket for Peshawar Zalmi foundation, tweeted Zalmis owner Javed Afridi.

Cena, who clinched the title of WWE world champion 16 times, surprised his fans when he was seen trying a hand at cricket while playing with Australian cricketer Shan Watson. He also shared his pictures on his twitter handle.

Seeing wrestling champion’s interest in cricket, the owner of Peshawar Zalmi contacted him.

He also tweeted on the posted shared by Cena as saying “Soon a bat for @PeshawarZalmi @ Foundation too from @JohnCena !”.

In baseball it's easier to hit the ball with your full strength compared to cricket.

Ball swings in the air in baseball too, its like every ball is a swinging yorker, add to that a round bat with a small surface area where you can hit the ball in order for it to go anywhere. This is why in a game most player go back to stand without even touching the ball
