TBH i will say pakistan is no where near 2nd world countries we are poor country with deep mess . i will not defend pakistan . but china is great country with great powers they can stop it lock it and control it before its spread outside . even your own doctor was apologized by chines gov for harassment when he early rise the issue .

There is no covid-19 test kit available in january 2020. So how do Chinese know early who got infected? They only know who are infected when they exhibit symptoms like cough, fever or body ache. THe test kit only come in later part like early February which helps to detect infected person earlier.

A team at the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Colmar has been reviewing patient scans since November over the last few days, with the verdict delivered on Thursday.

The head of the medical imaging department at Colmar's Albert Schweitzer Hospital had launched the examination of all chest scans performed in recent months last week.

According to France Bleu, the specialist reviewed 2,456 scans taken between 1 November 2019 and 30 April 2020.

All images showing suspected Covid-19 infections were reviewed by two more radiologists, before they confirmed that the
first case of the novel coronavirus appeared on 16 November.
