Wonderful humanitarian and human being but sadly lacking on foreign policy and defense issues. This march has been ill timed and should have taken place next year. Goes to show Pakistani politics are the most selfish in the world.

Right now the country is at war and this is diluting the war effort. War against TTP is mental as well as physical. To truly kill their ideology a full effort has to be made to eradicate Afghans and JI type people. There are many more terrorist organisations embedded deep in Punjab and Sindh/Karachi. The whole country has to mobilize and have a focused approach to finish this.

Not only has Imran diverted attention from a war which is defining moment in the geopolitics of the region, he would be so soft he would let TTP re-emerge. I guarantee you he will pull out troops from NW and TTP will gain a foothold once again. This is time they would go deeper in the cities. He would create an even bigger mess.

He didn't back the operation straight away, his strategy of talks also failed. He has not assessed this situation correctly and his pride does not allow him to back track. Utter defense fail. With his no borrowing policy and lack of defense awareness the country would be bankrupt and full of terrorism.

I hope only thats true amen
p.s. Imran will never lead Pakistan.

TTP would be the biggest powerful stakeholder in imran khan led Pakistan who will not only enjoy legality but also immense power
don't forget TTP is the militant wing of PTI and JI

. . .
Whether TTP resurface or not depends almost entirely on whether the steps to prevent their return in affected areas is made. Whether their cells and communities in cities like Karachi are killed off, whether Afghanistan is dealt with or not and most importantly, the mood of the people, too many of us still feel some sympathy for TTP types. Too many haven't realized that this is an internal disease, not some foreign conspiracy.

don't forget TTP is the militant wing of PTI and JI
That's what we call in local lingo, 'a load of bollocks'. that's coming from a ex-PTI supporter.

Do you seriously think that foreign policy of Pakistan has ever been decided by any politician or Foreign Office???......... if you do, you must be really naive............

No,Policies not change all major parties have similar core policy toward terrorism and they will do exactly same thing when they will come to power this is realpolitik.

i got every reason to believe this ttp is unofficial militant wing of pti n ji
because both these parties are supporter of TTP to the extent of being shameless

You realise all the Punjabi Taliban have the blessing of Nooras? This i say from complete authority after having seen Intel agencies confirming it. LeJ is the bonafide armed wing of the N league. I have and know some of the TTP from JI elements but not of PTI. They were on the opinion we should talk to these vermins ( which they were wrong, i objected then and now i am proven right ) which is the only negative point of PTI.

TTP is a national security issue. It is not an Imran Khan related issue!

Incompetency by any corrupt & brainless politicians would lead to rebirth of TTP. PPP was responsible for bringing rented terrorists back in Northern Areas & in Balochistan province. Plus their made their own terrorist wings to make situation worse in Karachi. Similarly today we can see PML-N terrorists wings in Punjab.
