Worse than turbulence: Air India passenger strips naked mid-air

So in Indian airspace, if someone oscillates his balls in front of the ladies of your family, it will be ok for you? I mean it's not a crime after all..

Nudity is not a crime and is not banned in India. I do not see any problem here unless he made some vulgar gestures towards anyone which seem to be not the case. So it should be perfectly fine.

Tricky one. I think nudity is not allowed in India. But exceptions are there

Only if the person makes vulgar gestures. Otherwise there would be no issue.

Thanks for letting me know that nudity is not a crime.. By the way, vulgar gestures shouldn't be a crime too..

An innocent vulgar gesture doesn't harm anyone.. why is it a crime?

Nudity is not banned in India. Nudity is not a taboo for Indians. India is the land that gave Kamasutra to the world. For Hindus S3X is devine not a sin.

Section 294 of IPC punishes for obscene acts and songs with imprisonment that may extend upto 3 months or with fine or with both.

Meaning one can be punished even one is not nude if they make vulgar gestures while one cannot be punished if one minds his/her own business being nude.

Making vulgar gestures is a crime in India even if that person is not nude.
I don't see the logic here (if nudity is allowed, why not vulgar gestures if no touching is involved).. but anyway, your land your laws..

At last - I was wondering when you would realise that and stop. Lol

I wasn't discussing the laws with you by the way.. Our discussion was about something else..

About the laws, it is not good for passengers whose customs and religion don't allow them to be naked to travel in Air India..

Because being nude does not imply intent or act of crime.

To give an analogy.

A man being rich does not imply he is corrupt while a man having no money can still be corrupt.

Making a gesture is a crime in the same way if one threatens someone to kill. It does not matter if he had a knife or not. On the other hand you could have a knife in your hand and not being convicted as you were not threatening anyone.
