this is the SAARC report of 2008 prepared by analysts from all the SAARC countries.It clearly states that india performs best in human resource management/development,ahead of pakistan which is the fourth worst of the lot in HRM/D.
Lets not give in to bloated patriotism and accept the facts here shall we?

Even the UN rates India far ahead of pakistan in terms of the poverty index and development index.So what makes you say that india is poorer/less developed than pakistan?
