You logic is very ridiculous, Visa is not "permit"? Yes, we also need permit(Visa), but in there, we can speak Chinese, we can use RMB without barrier, and I am in Shenzhen, I can go to HK in daytime, and back to Shenzhen tonight, or choose live there several days, don't need passager ticket, In there, I feel very well, because they are all chinese, they are my compatriot, but you, as a foreigner!!

You indian logic are very ridicuous, it this the reason that you can't choose the right way for country development even being independent from Braitain after 60 years?

You require permit(Visa). That makes all the difference.

Yes, HK is different with place in Mainland, it had been controled by Britain for 99 Years, so it is different. Mainland is not controled by foreigner like these, so it is diffferent, it is fact, after it go back home, it have to carry out different policy, I don't think you can understand, you whole india had been controled by Britain for more than 200 years, how could you understand?

and how big is the difference you talk? Is it bigger than that between low caste and high caste?

To finish the discussion, this is what our passport looks like:

The very first line in Chinese says "People's Republic of China" in traditional characters.

And that's the end of the story. We are a Special Administrative Region of the PRC, which is not disputed by any authority on Earth, not disputed by the UN, not disputed any government and particularly not disputed by the HK Government itself.

@Chinese-Dragon

Why have two different passports? Why cannot you have one passport with only People's Republic of China.

I know there of lot Hong Kongers that would not call themselves Chinese. In fact a poll in HK shows 92 percent would want to return to British rule. @Chinese-Dragon you are an exception than a norm.

Poll Says Hong Kongers Would Prefer British Rule

Did you even read your source?

The newspaper said in a blog post that the poll was unscientific and "just for fun," and that the question was carefully worded to avoid the impression that responses meant votes from the people of Hong Kong. There was no way to determine whether those who responded were Hong Kong citizens.

The question was carefully worded so as not to invite responses from HK residents specifically, but rather from all over the world.

I think the word Autonomous district/ province is an alien word for Indians :disagree:

We don't have any autonomous district/ province. We have one passport that is blue, and on it says "The Republic of India". Even though Kashmir has a special status in Indian Constitution, Kashmiris get the same passport as the one I have.

I know you guys are grateful to Britain for creating you. :P

"India is merely a geographical expression. It is no more a single country than the equator." - Winston Churchill

The difference is that with our 100 years, we turned ourselves into a developed first-world city. Same with Singapore which is also a Chinese-majority city.

Whereas with 200 years under British rule, India has turned into a disaster, with more poverty and malnutrition than the entire continent of Africa. Basically, Indians cannot rule themselves, they need whites like the British to create it and whites like Sonia Gandhi to rule it.

If I were you,I would take that seriously. But I have to say I have not personally met many Hong Kongers that would call himself/herself Chinese, but met a number of Taiwanese who call themselves Chinese.....Irony
