World’s top economies in 2050 will be...

I know right?? HSBC the second largest bank in the world, what would they know about the economy?

I don't think this impacts on the credibility of HSBC.

Everyone knows that future predictions are notoriously untrustworthy, but all the big financial corporations still make these predictions on a regular basis.

.
It's not clear what the growth assumptions are in this CNN report.

Assuming historic economic growth rate of 5% a year from 1947-2010, Pakistan should be in the top 20 economies of the world, as predicted by Goldman Sachs by 2025.

These "Economic experts" could not even predict the 2008 Credit Crunch one week before it happened.

Now we are talking about half a century into the future? Seriously?

But some people love these kinds of prediction far into the future. They have a high with these predication with no consequence. Fortune tellers always have village idiots as customers.

.
Oh my God, now they can't even predict what will be waiting for the world's economies in end of 2012!

Which country will be insolvent in end of this year?

Well if China is set to become number 1, I can see the Americans trying something to change that...

Well if China is set to become number 1, I can see the Americans trying something to change that...

They had millions of opportunities to do that in the past 10-20 years. And they certainly had the capbility to do it too.

Instead, they did exactly the opposite. They pumped in so much money and investment into China, that they were instrumental in the rise of China's economy.

Now the opportunities to stop us are nearly gone, and they still continue to send hundreds of billions of dollars to China every year in trade and investment. They fed the Dragon... but now it is growing too strong for them to control.

.
They want something for all that investment and money, do you think they're just giving it from the good of the heart?

They have no choice, it is our initial tactics to economically kidnap them.

Remember, we are not USSR, so the same tactic doesn't work against a different opponent.

.
They want something for all that investment and money, do you think they're just giving it from the good of the heart?

Of course not. They wanted profits, and they got profits.

The side effect, is that now China is the 2nd largest and fastest growing major economy in the world.

Now America is borrowing money from China, so they can buy more Chinese products. Which will increase their trade deficit even further... meaning that they will need to borrow even more money.

It is a self-sustaining cycle.

. .
My point is that they want political allegiance and obedience from you.

Well, they are NOT going to get either one.

But we are happy to continue doing business with them. Who wants to turn down that kind of money?

lol, and you think americans or others are investing from their heart purity

please grow up

USA got the same investment long time ago when the conditions were suitable, now dont get jealous on other's prosperity
