I read lots of article which says tunnel work is incomplete when started in 1975, no article mentioned the year 2005. It is dangerous to use hollow tunnel without final finishing touch.

work was started in 1975 and stopped immediately when it was started, then Musharaf in 2005 started the work on tunnel again and work stopped last 3 years cz of this government now work has started again when PM visited Chitral region and it is to complete in 3 years .

I found it on wikipedia so read it, but why the work on tunnel stopped, now its third generation of Bhuttos in Pakistan.

after 2008 election work stopped at many projects same happend with this tunnel
