Well another hit for PMLN , the guy likely was in Punjab area , a Prominent hero for National Sports and such level of neglect just show cases the problem that Athletes and Media Artist face in Pakistan
Lack of Financial Support for Ministery of Sports / Ministry of Entertainment
I mean winning World cup is a Daunting Task considering the countries who play the game include likes of Australia , Germany , Holland , Spain , Argentina ..... the list goes on and on
It's a Shame , Pakistani Youth know Messi or Ronaldo (from Soccer) etc but they likely would not know that in a similar sport of 11 vs 11 , Pakistan was a Massive Giant in sport
Winning Olympic and World Cup on numerous Ocassions
I think the best way for Pakistan to fight Terrorism Stigma is by a positive news spin and it comes from Sport and Entertainment sector
Neglecting such Stars , just tremendously regretful
Example What does Jamaica has nothing ~~~ Zilch but due to their Sprint Teams they are known as a positive country
Back in 1994 I did not had internet TV and was in country that did not telecasted the Hockey finals but I followed the event closely on Newspapers and excitement was genuine as few years back Pakistani Team came 2nd in similar event so this team of Miracle workers had done the Impossible !!!
Minimum budget and Be in finals 2nd time in Row but they had won the cup it was such a tremendous feeling perhaps folks today 2018 can't understand the pestige that comes with such a Massive Achivement
