If that conspiracy is true (I've read about it), Russia and China are not part of it. Both countries have been doing its best to not be part of a western led and controlled NWO.

Oh don't be so warmongering plz, a nuke war would be the end of everything, the majority of Chinese believe it is necessary to seek for any possible solution other than a war （well ,at least a nuclear war） while we remain confident that solutions will be found.
