It seems Nawaz Sharif thinks so- that was my point. He is taking bond after bond all with enormous interest rates and doesn't seem to be clarifying how they will be paid back in the long term.

By not thinking of the future a politician can tap this stream of revenue to manufacture a boost in the economy, of course this is only going to lead to long term pain.
