I know how things work. The point is that just becausse the govt gives clearance for something doesn't make it their own accomplishment, if somebody else is doing the actual work. Some things are done by the govt itself, and if that is done well, they can take credit for it. If the govt manages the contruction of a major road network, then it is their accomplishment. But if they simply give clearance and a private party constructs it, the accomplishment is the builder's.

This is why I hate these scumbags.

In his defense, The Kerala government is the largest stakeholder in the project, the project is a private public venture.

And in Kerala congress government's defense, The current government seems far less corrupt than it's national variant, focusing a lot on the infrastructure.

And the Chief Minister is efficient enough. But the government will not get a second term.

Such is the fate of politics in my state
