Won’t expose Nawaz, Maryam due to Kulsoom’s health: Nisar

RAWALPINDI: Disgruntled Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar said on Monday he wanted to bring to fore the role of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam, but now was not the time due to Begum Kulsoom’s critical illness.

“I wanted to [speak openly] about PML-N and Nawaz Sharif, about what has been happening in the past few months, and the role of Nawaz and Maryam, but now is not the time [due to Begum Kulsoom’s ill health],” the estranged political leader said while addressing a corner meeting in Rawalpindi.

Nisar, who remained as interior minister in the last government before falling out with Nawaz, said he has carried the burden of Nawaz for the past 34 years. "Nawaz and his family are indebted to me. I do not owe [them] anything," he said.

The former minister recalled that at the time the PML-N was formed, there were only 15 or 20 party members. "Nawaz was not [very] senior or eligible," he said, adding that one of the members had to be made the leader and it was decided that Nawaz would lead the party.

"None of those [15, 20 members] is part of PML-N now. Nawaz either left them, or they left the party."

Nisar said it was possible that he may part ways with Nawaz. He added that he has never compromised on his principles, nor has he ever sold his conscience.

"I am answerable to Allah, the public and Nawaz," he said. "My opponents should know that I am not alone."

Now is not the time? When will be the time? The people of Punjab have waited some 35 yrs while people of whole of Pakistan have waited 3 terms with the corrupt! Someone or another will always fall sick and die...doesnt mean truth should be bottled up?!

I keep telling this Nisar is the greatest drama baz and he is being used and planted on purpose. now imagine Nisar being shown as a huge critic of Nawaz and Mariyam and the impression that is being given by not issuing him the ticket that Nisar and PMLN have parted ways when he uses a statement like this, it shows that Kalsoom indeed is sick which is another BS and bakwas.

a) Crime against Nation
b) Person's private matter (His mother is ill)

World wide if crime is proven , the Criminal is put in prison and he has to endure the pain of not seeing his loved ones and that is what we call "Prison" and loosing your freedom

Why is Nawaz's private family matter spread on TV and Media , like she is anyone's elses mother or relative , Mariam Kulsom is not my relative , her son is a man who stole money and Pakistani people would like to see the family put in Prison

This is called emotional blackmail...I wont be surprised if idiots will vote for Mariyam on the sole basis her mom is sick! What about the mothers and children of the Lahore massacre? What about the children who didnt get clean water coz of their govt? What about the mothers who gave birth outside hospitals because their govt couldnt pass any bill for that but sure did pass a bill to eliminate important info from nomination forms?! What about the children who get raped and their govt couldnt pass any bill or any laws for them?

What about those people with excellent credentials who could have been on positions to serve Pakistan but because these people wanted their own corrupt didnt give them a chance? What about each child who is still uneducated because these people couldnt manage that during their tenure? What about the mothers and children who died in floods because their tenure saw no water resolutions ...the conservation of water that she tried to say in front of officers during her nomination submission was what a clueless person would do!


Their corruption has led every mother and child in the country in huge amounts of debt!
Yet they are showcased as some saint?! Typical hindu mentality where every other tom dick and harry is a saint irrespective of their doings!
