A press release issued Wednesday by the Muslim mufti of Romania and countersigned by the leaders of both the Turkish and Tatar ethnic organizations in Romania require the support of Romanian authorities to rein in possible slippages' preaching Islam in certain places of worship.
In the document signed by Mufti Muurat Yusuf, Gelil Eserghep - President of the Democratic Union of Turkish-Muslim Tartars in Romania (UDTTMR) and Fedbi Osman - President of the Turkish Democratic Union of Romania (UDTR) requires that the Romanian authorities in this tense period internationally to pay greater attention to issues facing the Muslim community in Romania, confessional specific issues that could have repercussions on the society, once out of control.
"It's about living, Romania, Muslim places of worship that propagate religious ideas in unfamiliar places that have notified the Muslim Mufti Office in Romania.
