With only rail route shut, Tripura to get foodgrain via Bangladesh

first we don`t have good infrastructure and have to depend on unwilling neighbouring country for transportation and
secondly why can't we produce all our needed food grains locally here in tripura(assuming all transported goods are rice and other cereals).

Well, we are not an unwilling neighbor, it's your central government that is spreading the anti-India sentiment. We are neighbors, naturally we will be dependent on each other, but your central government has regularly neglected the issues that are hurting Bangladesh and in return we have to respond by rejecting your demands.
