If any Christian country occupy these holy regions then wouldn't Muslims fight to reclaim it ?
It will make sense to Sikhs for their reverence for holy birth place of Guru NanakOut of context....doesn't makes any sense whatsoever.
It just clearly shows who drafted this
For Sikhs Punjab is Punjab whether it lies in India or Pakistan
Now tell me:
Why would any Sikh not choose Lahore as the capital of their sovereign country
It will make sense to Sikhs for their reverence for holy birth place of Guru Nanak
The reasons are given if you have read the draft carefully. It's to do with Indian constitution not recognising them as Sikhs but rather as hindus.
They are not claiming Pakistani Punjab birth palace of guru nanak and Lahore but indian punjab lazy @LaoziIt will make sense to Sikhs for their reverence for holy birth place of Guru Nanak
Even today many Punjabi Hindus raise their eldest male child as a Sikh as directed by tenth Sikh Guru. The reasons are given if you have read the draft carefully. It's to do with Indian constitution not recognising them as Sikhs but rather as hindus.
They should claim if they are true to their religion @pakistanipowerThey are not claiming Pakistani Punjab birth palace of guru nanak and Lahore but indian punjab lazy @Laozi
Lol...Pakistan Punjab is 96% Muslim, it is Indian Occupied Punjab that includes Haryana, Himachal Paradesh as well, divided earlier, in the scheme of things.
It is like saying why Mecca and Medina is not in Pakistan...talking about Lahore as capital...it is above and beyond the main idea.
Quote:
The entire Punjab region was annexed by the British East India Company from the Sikh Empire in 1849. In 1947, the Punjab Province of British India was divided along religious lines into West Punjaband East Punjab. The western part was assimilated into new country of Pakistan while the east stayed in India. The Indian Punjab as well as PEPSU was divided into three parts on the basis of language in 1966. Haryanvi-speaking areas (a dialect of Hindi) were carved out as Haryana, while the hilly regions and Pahari-speaking areas formed Himachal Pradesh, alongside the current state of Punjab.

That is how entire Sikh community had been evolved to protect Hindus.
Anyways history doesn't mean anything for many on this forum
Haryanvis are pure Hindustanis , Himachalis are Pahadis who consider punjabis Dark and Inferior.
What is left iz today's Panjab, with 65_ Sikh and rest is Hindu.
Majority of people of Haryana speak Punjabi other than Hindi but certainly not Haryanvi. Most of them can also read Punjabi. But the Haryanvi culture portrayed in film and movies is that of southern Haryana which lies below Delhi and joins Rajasthan and UP...kind of not the whole truth.
Haryanvi cities like Panipat, Ambala , Krukshetra, Sirsa are culturally closer to Punjabis….on the other hand cities which borders UP or Delhi are culturally closer to UP……but Jaats are of same stock as Jatts of Punjab so we can say that some castes like Jaats are originally Punjabies settled in Cow belt….
