Do you know how long it takes China to add Vietnam's entire GDP just as an increment to its own GDP? Less than 4 months. Each year China's GDP grows by an additional 3-4 Vietnams (from its size of 56 Vietnams). Next "world's factory."

China - being a powerful sovereign country - can print its own currency, and unlike the Third-World funny money used by some small country's on China's periphery, China's fiat is backed by a gargantuan industrial economy and a hoard of reserves that is the envy of central banks around the world. LMAO @ "tax cuts". It's your country that's teetering on the brink of bankruptcy if you don't sew shirts fast enough.

It's not even that. They could be as hard-working as any Chinese, but the "world factory" ship has sailed. The jobs that lifted hundreds of millions of Chinese out of poverty in the 80's and 90's are gone thanks to automation. Why pay untrained, unskilled Indians and Vietnamese anything when robots can build your product twice as fast for half the price?

China is all about business, and right now in the business cycle a tax cut is what's good for business. When business expands further and gets over last year's rough patch, taxes can be raised again. And it's not really a "tax cut", plenty of SMEs that were using tax loopholes before this reform will be paying taxes now.

What 25% tariff? Oh, the one that was supposed to be raised on March 1st (more than a month ago) but Trump blinked. Apparently, according to him, the trade negotiations are "going so well, folks, we're making a great deal. Any minute now..." LMAO, there's no "deal", China is just going to wait him and his incompetent administration of buffoons out.
