True but the worst thing is on the face they all claim it to be wrong and bad but then fully immerse into it.

I don't see those values as as importing, it is identifying harmful aspects which are normalised in your own society and getting rid of them/adapting.

What we need to "import" is the environment they have built around research and work culture which is more productive than the tea and buscuit, and superiority culture we have.
