Why would India be upset if the Pakistani and Russian military conducts military exorcises? Exercises is good for the body, especially cardiovascular. There are a lot of health benefits from exorcising; more energy, good for the heart, fights off cancer, ect.

Pakistan should take this opportunity to develop good relations with Russia. Russia like US has de-hyphenated relations with Pakistan and India. We also need to modernize and increase the capacity of Karachi Steels Mills built by Russians in 1970s.
