Will the New Govt. of Pakistan will do Privatization

Asalam-O-Alikum(Hi),
Hopefully you all be doing great. I thought that will this Govt. will going to privatize the Pakistan Railways along with PIA to improve its performance as well as the Therma Power Plants in Pakistan having a combine capacity of about 22000MWs.

Privatising railways is probably pointless. Pakistan Railway is in current state because the network was not expanded. It will be very difficult to do it now because the most important task, which is to collect land, is almost impossible. Private operators will not want to take over a small network with a huge employee head count. They can neither add network nor increase ticket rate(because low ticket rate is what makes railways the favourite mode of transport). Metro railways in cities can be privatized though. I am saying this from an Indian perspective. Here railways simply cannot be privatised. It is the largest employer in the country. Railways connect so many obscure villages to their business places.
