Will separating the North East be better for everyone?

Exactly,tibetans arose only when the central chinese rulers became too weak to keep them under control.Arunachalis aren't tibetan,we are a related but distinct group.As I mentioned earlier,some of our fiercest battles were with tibetans who tried to assimilate us into them.

I am interested to know more about Arunachal history, is there is a good source.

Yup, significant fault does lie with the NE people themselves, in regard to their development.

You can get your freedom too when India becomes too weak to keep you under our control. Until then, the Indian govt is going to keep its boot on your neck.

Seriously,I was talking of what is the typical response from mainlanders when we put out our opinion."You are not a real arunachalee/mizo/naga etc etc..I have arunachalee/mizo/naga etc etc friends and they never say such things"It is a typical response you guys have.It is a response dished out when manipuris or rest of NE point out they aren't Indians or when talking of mass rapes and human rights atrocities of Indian forces.

China if they know what we really look like.Tibetan just have plateau-red faces.
And as I know Indian tourists just simply regard the locals of Arunachal as Chinese.

Honestly,you wouldn't find that many even in rest of NE sources as we never bothered with them much.There are books by our historians but then they would be unavailable to you.Tribe histories are never revealed in full to outsiders,I am afraid to say.Even if you got hold of some books of ours..it will still be very minor to what we divulge to our own.Further records will be with tibetans with whom we had a pretty contradictory relationship.

He is from a minority who think like that as of now. They are not a huge population and with increasing communication and accessibility, ideas can spread far and wide in a short span of time. Also the church is already there stressing on separate identities. Abotani's supremacist attitude is due to his English education and now he deems rest of India as inferior species who dont belong on his land.

China was always the trade source for all the items we couldn't produce on our own.Some of our kin even migrated to northern parts of china and mixed with the rest of chinese ethnicities,particularly han.Many PRC officials assigned to India meet a lot of fellow clan members from AP/south tibet.One such case being an MP in Indian parliament finding a fellow clan brother in a PRC official.
